The 100 Project isn't our full-time jobs - we're just a graphic designer and a programmer, with a love of photography, who've been affected by cancer over the last few years.
As we're not scientists or lab techs, we're unable to make breakthroughs in research, so we've turned to using our skills in graphic design, brand communication, and photography to help raise awareness about all types of cancer, and to persuade people to donate to the three charities listed below.
Over the last year or so we've been involved in initiatives (1 2 3 4) that have raised almost £6,000 (before GiftAid) for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. We have big ambitions for The 100 Project and are already looking forward to growing it in 2014, but we can't do it without volunteers who'll meet us for a quick photo session and, of course, generous businesses and individuals who donate through the site..
